What are our habits and unconscious defence mechanisms? What triggers them and how do we project this patterns onto others; they all came from our past. This is neither good nor bad, but becoming more aware of how they limit us can loosen up our thinking and develop and ease around innovation.
Do we realise the potential of our team?are we prepared to let go of our individual agenda (ego) in favour of the Transformation that happens when we invest in the certainty that together IS better.
